I'm Ethan Heck, a local contractor and builder born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. I take pride in quality craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail on every project I take on.
The name Low Impact Construction reflects my commitment to minimizing impact on the environment and the surrounding landscape — careful site work, preserving natural features wherever possible, and fine-tuning material orders to reduce waste.
My goal is simple: deliver high-quality work that lasts while treating every property with the same care and respect I'd give my own.
